Cellulite Lotion With Caffeine – New Solution or Marketing Trick?

Cellulite Lotion With Caffeine

Almost every single woman will experience cellulite at some point in her life. Some men will also, but cellulite seems to prefer the fairer gender. If your cellulite legs resemble your gravel driveway, and are more dimpled than your cheeks, likely you are looking for a solution. And, unless you have thousands of dollars lying around for laser therapy or liposuction, you will be looking for what many women will look for at one point in their lives or another, cellulite lotion.

Anti cellulite products vary, but most come in the form of a cream or lotion. Popular products include the Nivea cellulite care line, and products containing a new ingredient – caffeine – said to increase blood flow to surface skin, puff it up and voila! Cellulite fades away.

Now, before you get excited, bear in mind that you can’t ever fully fix cellulite. Doctors everywhere have admitted that it’s just a natural part of aging. Cellulite is caused by uneven fatty deposits deep under the skin, and frankly cellulite lotion and creams just aren’t going to get down there to do much of anything. Some however, claim to improve the look of cellulite, by poofing the surrounding skin thereby reducing cellulite’s cottage cheesy appearance. Revitol cellulite cream is one of these products. It contains caffeine, said to stimulate the blood flow and plump the skin to smooth and even out cellulite plagued thighs.

It is also said to reduce the fat that causes cellulite by increasing metabolism. One would assume however that if a cream existed that could increase metabolism and reduce fat, women everywhere would be rubbing it on their midsections and love handles and worry about the cellulite later.

Cellulite lotion in general has been wholly unproven as a tool to combat cellulite. As with many body image reducing problems, if you’re looking for the best way to get rid of cellulite, take a jog. Losing weight and toning the body can certainly help reduce the appearance of mattress skin. If you aren’t into exercise, and you happen to have a small fortune handy, you can seek out a plastic surgeon who can advise you further, but don’t bet the bank on cellulite lotion.
